How to Order
At this time, we do not accept payment over the internet. The equipment we sell is specific to each home and before we charge your credit card, we like to verify each order. This saves us time and money by not processing incorrect orders. You may order in the two following ways...
1. Call 1-800-930-9392 to place your order with our customer service department.
2. Add the items you would like into your cart and go through the check-out process. We will email an order conformation that all items are in stock and call to get credit card information.
All Orders are Reviewed to make sure the items you choose are compatible.
Shipping is by zip code and per system weight. We do not charge a blanket price, but the actual shipping cost. There is no sales tax for items shipped to any state, other than Florida. There will be a 7% sales tax assessed for all orders shipped to Florida. We use primarily Roadway Express and all systems are palletized, shrink wrapped and strapped to ensure a safe delivery.
Cancelation Policy: If your order has been special orderd or has already been processed...there is a 10% restocking fee for all cancelations as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has been shipped, there is a 10% restocking fee in addition to all applicable shipping charges.
Return Policy: If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, you must call and get autorization from ACSystemsNow. If goods are still in the box and in new condition, ACSystemsNow will accept returns. A 10% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges will be due at time of return.
